Is an archaic spelling from early early Legion of Super-Heroes comics where everyone was from different planets where everyone on that planet had a very similar super-power, and our Legionnaires were usually among the stronger of their planet. Like, Triplicate Girl (who could multiply into three identical-except-for-outfit-color selves) was from "Cargg" but it was also spelled "Karggg" at least once ... I prefer the three G version. Oh, and the reason everyone had those powers was because the planet had three suns. Triplicating would be tremendously useful.
