You are the Dragon. In medieval Europe, dragons were considered mostly evil and a generally bad omin. Christianity linked the dragon with Satan because of the dragon's snake-like apperance. However, to the Orient cultures the dragon was a symbol of widom and roalty. It was a benign animal and the fifth creature of the Chinese zodiac. It resided over the east and the sunsrise. It was also said to bring rain and the springtime. The dragon is interesting because it combines all four elements: air, earth, fire, and water. It could fly, had the horns of a ox, breathed fire, and resided over the moon.

Odd dreams this morning. One in a setting I've had before, Penny and I are living in a place on the coast, comfortably ramshackle, with the tension about money and job feeding back into the dream... and nearby there's a sort of boat/house structure that is just beautiful, made of a cedar-and-redwood beautifully worked into something resembling a flying saucer (think Jupiter II) or something out of a James Bond movie. The old man who lives there is friendly enough, glad of visitors. The place is cold, because the house is set exactly into a sort of cove that grew naturally in the rock - it's got to be underwater sometimes, but for some reason we know it never is.

Then, it shifts context. I'm playing in an online game, and iceraver is running one of his characters, but since it's a dream, the things that are happening to the characters are being lived out. The plot has to do with some sort of alien group attacking and in the part of the story where my character (and friends) are NOT present, a character with whom my character has a close friendship ends up disappearing ... an all-too-typical plot. Meanwhile we're all evacuating the people, getting them away from this alien attack...
We're moderately successful, but at the end of the adventure, there are a number of unresolved plot points, and I investigate them. He's missing.

Well, I decided that I wanted to know what happened, so I needed to check the logs, but I couldn't find where he'd put them online, and all I could find was a handwritten note (!) on the notebook that I pulled out of the computer (!) that said "Blue has been changed forever by this, details inside."
But I couldn't get it to open, and so I decided I'd read it when I woke up. And of course, it's not actually online.

I want to know how that part of the scene turned out now!
