It seems that regularly playing a didge can strengthen the muscles at the back of the throat, reducing the incidence of snoring and sleep apnea. Since I wake up almost every time I start to snore, this may help, along with getting a functional M.A.D.
But dang it's hard getting that tone to start, and keeping it going.
