Happy Christmas

So, my last chance to wish you a happy christmas as I am seated in the pew waiting for our 11pm service to begin;

Happy christmas to all of you, and a merry and joyous new year.

Also, it is profoundly silly to start the year on an off phase day sometime past the solstice, and very north hemispherecentric as well.

I believe they have been, although a bit weird and with twice the family drama this year.

Family drama seems to always be abundant during the holidays, don't they?

It does, and not all of it is remotely well directed or staged. :)

Agreed. The players are poorly cast. ;)

Yeah I want my part to be re-cast with Chris Evans.

;) I want my brother in law recast as Sean Penn.

Are you sure? I mean, Sean Penn? Is he done with that temper thing?

His temper's better then my brother in laws. ;)

Hm. Well, I think he has a weasel-face, but otherwise he seems to be OK (or in some aspects, better than OK), and he does seem to have stopped attacking the parasite-press.

If that's an improvement over your BiL then yes, recast that sucker.

I want to be the Kratos lookalike in the latest Highlander quickening. And I really want to find that damn sauce!

Merry Christmas to you and your furbearing fuzzbutts...

The moment I woke they began talking. Loudly.

I informed them that Santa had only brought them coal, and that they knew why.

However, they insisted on being fed, and when I was done, on "playing" - Clint especially climbing all over me and even now, climbing up and trying to stick his nose into my mouth (listerine!!).

Not having shopped for them, I found some small circular plastic spacers that came with my wire rack shelving (but which have no usefulness when it's assembled) and pressed some together, and they went nuts chasing them around, for ten minutes, which is pretty good for a feline attention span.

I'm watching bits and pieces of the weird Christmas programming. Queen Liz(2) is on BBCA giving her Christmas Address. Talking about the positive value of a happy family. (boggle)
But gosh, Diana's kids grew up good looking, not having those severely inbred genetics.

I have some food from yesterday (and a box of garlic-and-butter shrimp that was on a special sale at Costco in the freezer for later) and will be trying to figure out what to do for Jamie and Sammy since Lisa has quite randomly moved them out again.

Lisa moved out again? That must be rather difficult on the girls.

I imagine so. Especially Sammy, who is at the age Penny was when her mother decided to move back to the I-told-you-so loving home of Ruby Electa Schooler.

At least so far they haven't been yanked away from their school.

RE those Brit genetics: Yeah, every time I see the ears on Prince Charles I think he's got like "Fragile X syndrome" or something.

Those are flight surfaces. He should have been in the RAF. As an aircraft.
