I'll believe it when I actually see it happen.

Things are still clouded right now i think we need to wait and see what happens.

Indeed. Looks both interesting and promising (speaking as an outsider to US politics,) but I'll wait and see what happens before feeling ecstatic about this.

Not sure about promising. Carter tried to get rid of lobbyists as well. We'll see where this goes and how it impacts the campaigning and money gathering.
